The CRRA (Animal Reproduction Research Centre) is a research centre of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Montreal. It is located on the Saint-Hyacinthe campus, 75 km east of Montreal. When created, in 1972, its research program dealt with reproduction in large domestic animals. Today, it is among the largest research centres in this field in North America. We celebrated our 30th anniversary in November 2002.

Infrastructure support is provided by the University of Montreal. Funding for research projects is obtained from goverment agencies (provincial, federal), industry (producer's associations, pharmaceutical companies) and private foundations
