Fonctionnal genomic of follicular developmemnt, ovulation and luteinization in the bovine species.

• Establisment of bovine granulosa cells cDNA in relation to folliculardevelopment and characterization of expressed sequence tags (EST).

• Establishment of gene expression indexes in relation to folliculardominance, ovulation and luteinization in the bovine species by theapplication of mRNA differential display (DDRT-PCR) and subtractive suppressive hybridization (SSH).

• Characterization of bovine SERPINE2, a serine protease inhibitor; a genethat is differentially expressed during follicular development and associated with follicular dominance in cattle.
