• Production of transgenic clones derived by nuclear transfer using transfected somatic donor nuclei;

• Birth of Starbuck II, bovine cloned derived from subcutaneous fibroblast recovered from the legendary bull Hanoverhill Starbuck two years before its death;

• Regulation of the expression of housekeeping and developmentally regulated genes are altered in embryos derived from somatic cell clones;

• The expression of imprinted genes is altered in donor cells treated by cell cycle synchronization protocols;
