An 8 year-old female dog was presented for persistent hematuria. The urinalysis (100X original magnification) revealed a moderate amount of red blood cells with scarce leukocytes and no crystalluria. A heterogeneous population of individual and grouped cells was present with most of the cells characterized as multinucleated with variably sized nuclei. |
