La voie de signalisation des WNTs est impliquée dans la régulation d’un large spectre de processus biologiques incluant le développement embryonnaire, la détermination et la différentiation cellulaire et le maintien de l’homéostasie tissulaire. La transduction de la signalisation WNT peut se faire via trois voies distinctes connues sous les noms de voie du calcium, voie de la polarité cellulaire planaire et voie canonique.

Mon laboratoire s’intéresse, par l’étude de modèles de culture cellulaire et de souris transgéniques, à identifier les rôles joués par ces trois voies au niveau de l’axe hypothalamo-hypophyso-gonadique.
