Association Between Bacterial Foodborne Pathogens and Food Establishments Risk Assessment Model Outputs in Quebec, Canada The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ) of the province of Quebec has developed a comprehensive risk based inspection system for different food producing establishments located in this province. My study focussed to assess the relationship between MAPAQ model inspector scores of control points and the presence of Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes and load of indicator E. coli and total aerobic count in the environment within the food establishment.
